Javier Quintanilla | Founder and Chairman of the Board

Mechanical Engineer from the Monterrey TEC, Javier is DIMSA’s Founder and Chairman of the Board, he has successfully been supporting foreign companies to startup and do business in Mexico for the last 37 years.

With hands-on experience in different fields of manufacturing, and a lifelong pathway as an entrepreneur of different businesses, he has the experience and the broad view in all areas and stages required to successfully launch a business operation in this country.

Patricio Canales | CEO

Patricio is DIMSA’s CEO, he has a lengthy experience in several Mexican corporations over the past 30+ years.

He has always been driven by developing highly effective teams and improving customer service practices. With a full set of abilities, Patricio is always looking for innovative solutions in the soft landing industry.

Moises Chavez | Chief Financial Officer

Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Nuevo León, Moises has more than 37 years of experience as an administrative and finance professional.

He is currently DIMSA’s CFO, responsible for delivering quality back office services to our clients and constantly improving our capabilities.

Alejandro Rodriguez | Business Development Director

Alejandro specializes in helping international manufacturing companies successfully establish and scale operations into Mexico. With a strong track record in attracting foreign direct investment, he has significant experience in leading commercial teams, structuring market entry strategies, and navigating regulatory, tax, and operational frameworks.

Known for combining strategic insight with execution, he drives revenue growth and long-term client partnerships. He is passionate about nearshoring, global business trends, and positioning Mexico as a top destination for industrial investment.

Andres de la Garza | Director of Transformation & Customer Experience

Andres leads Dimsa BPO’s transformation strategy with a focus on operational efficiency, service quality, and sustainable business growth. Over more than 6 years at the company, he has held progressive leadership roles that have given him deep expertise across all areas of the operation — from process engineering to customer experience and organizational transformation. He is known for turning complex operational challenges into structured, measurable solutions.

An Industrial Engineer from Tecnológico de Monterrey and MBA from IPADE Business School, Andres combines analytical rigor with a hands-on leadership style to build reliable, high-performing service operations. His track record spans cross-functional team management, process automation, and client relationship strategy — consistently delivering results that improve quality, reduce risk, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
